Shipping policy

Many Foundations Retail products are made to order and prepared with care before shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

Processing times may be extended during new releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

United States: $5 flat-rate shipping

Canada: $12 CAD flat-rate shipping

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, carrier delays are outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Foundations Retail is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.
