At Foundations Retail, each item is made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear

• Items damaged after delivery
